Poor Knights Lilies on Tawhiti Rahi.

On the Northern Island, Tawhiti Rahi, the lilies are lush and grow close to the ground in large numbers. These plants only flower after 8 years, and live for 100's of years. After being thoroughly checked over, I was lucky enough to go ashore with a landing party from DOC and the Ngati Wai Trust Board.

It was the best dive I’d ever had!  Wonderful, thanks for the great day
