Red pigfish (pakurakura) Bodianus unimaculatus
SIZE: 50 cm
HABITAT: All reef areas.
DIET: A wide variety of invertebrates.
BEHAVIOUR: All start life as females with colour and sex change occurring at 25-30 cm. Males maintain a harem of females that they defend against other males.
