Cancellation Policy

Standard Trip Cancellations

More than 48 hours notice: Full refund.

Between 24 and 48 hours notice: 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Full amount charged.

PADI Course Cancellations

More than 7 days notice: Full refund.

Less than 7 days notice: At company discretion.

E-learning fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Exclusions

We do not offer refunds for seasickness, inability to equalise, weather conditions, or personal health reasons.

Weather Cancellations

If we cancel a trip due to weather, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund. We very seldom cancel until the morning of departure — our experienced crew makes the call around 9am.
