Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions. Dive! Tutukaka reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient numbers.

Cancellation Policy

Standard trips cancelled more than 48 hours prior to departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full.

PADI dive courses cancelled more than 7 days prior receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are at company discretion. E-learning fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for seasickness, inability to equalise, weather conditions, or personal health reasons.

Weather Policy

We very seldom cancel a trip until the morning of departure. Our experienced crew makes the call on the morning of the trip day, generally around 9am. The Poor Knights Islands have their own microclimate — conditions at the islands often differ significantly from the mainland.

Liability

Participation in diving, snorkelling, and boat-based activities carries inherent risks. By booking and participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Dive! Tutukaka carries appropriate insurance but is not liable for injuries arising from the inherent risks of adventure activities.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
